Ginger Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
Add a ‘squeeze’ of JUST ADD Ginger
Half a cup of salad oil
Half a cup of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together
Perfect drizzled over mixed greens

Lemon Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
1 package of chicken thighs & drumsticks (4 thighs & 4 drumsticks) 3 lemons, 15 teaspoons of JUST ADD Garlic, salt & pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves.
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, add the chicken pieces. Slice the lemons in half and juice them. Add the juice and the lemon rinds to the bowl, along with the JUST ADD Garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well with your hands, then pop this all in a large baking dish.
Put the dish in the oven and bake the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes. When the skin gets crispy and the meat is cooked through, it is done.
Sweet Chilli Sauce
A ‘squeeze’ of JUST ADD Chilli
110g/40oz of caster sugar
And 120ml/40fl oz water, bring to the boil and simmer for 40minutes, leave to cool.
Fantastic for dipping potato wedges!
